The classic Shepherds pie casserole, gets “PIEIFIED”. Seasoned mashed potatoes become a stable bottom crust to hold over 1 lb of lean ground beef, fresh carrots, onions and a savory sauce with choice of peas or corn. Homemade coconut custard with shredded coconut, topped with roasted shredded coconut, and a chantilly coconut whipped cream.

This pie is more then just good looking it’s bursting with blueberries, not a jam type filling. The lattice crust is Ange’s signature crust topped with turbinado sugar. The filling is made using over 5 cups of local Depner Blueberries when in season and has a nice subtle hint of cinnamon. It’s converted non-blueberry pies lovers to lovers of blueberry pies.

This adults only pie is made with a chocolate sable pastry crust, filled with a coffee custard that has authentic Bailey’s Irish cream add to it and then is topped with Bailey’s Chantilly Cream a light dusting of cocoa and a maraschino cherry to top it off. Over 3 oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream is used in making this pie.
DAD’S ROOT BEER FLOAT PIE | $18.50
All the goodness of a root beer float including the fizz in a pie. This pie has a root beer pastry cream, chantilly root beer whipped cream and 9 maraschino cherries along with a secret ingredient that makes this pie fizz in your mouth, just as a great root beer float does.

Norfolk County has some of the sweetest watermelons in Ontario. This pie uses them to come up with a light and refreshing pie, no artificial flavors used. The graham cracker crumb crust keeps this pie light and gives a nice crunch. The top of this pie is watermelon chantilly cream and pieces of fresh watermelon. It looks so pretty and taste great. This classic pie is made from fresh squeezed lemons and topped with choice of swiss or regular meringue. It is the perfect mix of tangy and sweet. This pie is so tall I had to get a large box to hold it.

This pie brings all the flavors of a Chicken Club sandwich to a Pie. A layer of Old Cheddar Cheese, a layer of roasted thinly sliced Ham, a layer of Caramelized Onions in buttery chicken flavor sauce, Sundried Tomatoes, Cubed Roasted Chicken, Monterey Jack cheese topped with Bacon. A complete Turkey dinner without all the work. Seasoned Roasted Turkey with potatoes, carrots onions and peas in a creamy gravy that starts from 36 hour bone broth. Topped with Vanilla Chantilly whipped cream and hand painted red Canadian Maple Leaves. This pie originally came out to celebrate Canada Day. It is also the filling used to create the HOME ALONE PIE. It is the perfect pie for customizing.
